You have an idea for the industry. We develop your idea into a basis case, analyze it, do research and develop solutions. These solutions are taken into a second research process in which they are discussed and analyzed with relevant focus groups and experts. Finally we develop business plans for different options and let you decide which business plan suits you best and whether you want us to take over the implementation. You have products and capabilities you want to introduce and apply to the aviation industry. We have a close look at your product or capabilities, search for potential ways of application within the aviation industry, and develop adequate business ideas for you.
