| Airport Excellence will launch its workshop series with a three-day workshop on "The Regional Airport Business" from June 21-23. The workshop will convey a comprehensive understanding of the peculiarities of the regional airport business and effective strategic approaches for the management of regional airports. After looking at the basics and theory of airport management with the help of practical examples on day one, day two will be dedicated to the elaboration of an airport business plan using the data of a sample airport. Day three will focus on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of diverse airport management strategies and regional airport issues will be discussed in greater detail. The workshop will be held by Max Schintlmeister from June 21-23 at the Airport Excellence seminar room in the city center of Barcelona, Spain. Please note that the number of participants will be limited to 5 persons in order to get the best results.
